Simone Biles
Simone Biles (born on March 14th, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast considered one the sport's most outstanding athletes. Being the only U.S. female gymnast, Biles was one of the few who won four gold medals in a single Games during the 2016 Olympics. Biles is also the first person to win three world championships in succession. Biles was born within Spring Texas, in the Houston metro region. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was introduced to the sport by her teacher at daycare Aimee Borman when she was just six years old. She was a student at Bannon's Gymnastix for eleven years. Biles earned a silver in vault in 2010 and a bronze at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Then she moved on to competitions at the elite level in 2011. A year later Biles was the king of the field. Her consistency, her vivacious personality and the level of effort for her four events- vault uneven bars balance beam floor exercise as well as floor exercises -- helped to set her above the others.
