Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas, a Moroccan born in California who grew up in Orange County, moved there at the age of five. Her breakthrough began in 2015. She graduated in 2015 with a degrees from University of California San Diego. Pernas was a guest on a couple of episodes on NCIS and Leverage prior to landing her role as Marisa in The Young and the Restless. The soap was cancelled in the year 2016, she landed a recurring role in Jane the Virgin as Catalina. The model who speaks four languages has been seen on The Brave, The Green Ghost as well as Secret Society of Second Born Royals. From 2019 to 2020, she played Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas has been dating Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. The romance came after Hartley's This Is Us star split from Chrishell Stause's wife in November of 2019. News came out in April 2021, that Pernas and Hartley have recently got married during a secret ceremony.
