Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. Additionally, her 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished at third. In the summer of 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with the result. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and seated rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
