Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada, and is now American. She has more than twenty albums. DiFranco has released more than 20 albums. Ani Difranco has been widely recognized as an icon of music that is feminist. In 1990, she was among the first people to launch her own label independently. DiFranco has two daughters: Elizabeth (Ross), and Dante Americo DiFranco. They were introduced in The Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her father was of Italian ancestry and her mom was a Montreal native. Ani DiFranco wrote and sang 32 Flavors. The song was featured on her album Not a Pretty Girl which came out in 1995. The song is featured in the soundtrack to the Canadian romantic comedy Better Than Chocolate from 1999. DiFranco apologized in 2013 after it was revealed that she had planned to host a 3-day workshop in an Louisiana former plantation for slaves. Many (including us) did not feel impressed by her decision. DiFranco offered a second apology a few days afterwards. While she is known for her role as Little Peoplesinger, she's collaborated with a variety of musicians and artists, from Pete Seeger through Chuck D all the way to Prince. New Orleans is her home. Ani DiFranco is married to Kristen Ford. When she was 14, she started to compose her own music. She sang them in coffee shops and bars throughout her teenage years. DiFranco, who graduated aged 16, at the age of 16, from Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts High School, was the first to attend classes at Buffalo State College. The new guitar Ani is an original guitar that Alvarez made after several consultations with me as well as Chrys Johnson, who was the rep for artists for Alvarez at the time. The guitar is constructed from solid wood and has the top being made of cedar and the sides. The guitar also comes with the System 600 Preamp. The couple lives with their two children at home in New Orleans and Lefty, their canine companion that is never out of the frame. DiFranco has admitted that she feels mixed emotions about her past career, which spans three years. Ani DiFranco achieved musical iconic status as a songwriter/singer and punk/folk artist at 25 both with both fans and critics with Not A Pretty Girl. Dilate was a huge success and brought more fame to DiFranco's music in 1996. The song Brandy (You're A Fine Girl) is a song released in 1972 by American pop band Looking Glass from their debut album Looking Glass.
